Join the No New Gas Plants team for an action-packed hour to help stop the Chesterfield gas plant.
We’ll provide updates on the gas plant, help you craft your comments and prepare together for the upcoming SCC hearing.
SCC Hearing – Tuesday, September 23rd, 10am
Join us at 10am in the 2nd Floor Evidentiary Court Room to watch the evidentiary hearing. Please arrive early for a potential security screening. Business casual attire strongly recommended.
DEQ Hearing 2 – Wednesday, October 8th, 3:30pm
Join us at 3:30pm for the Virginia Department of Environmental Quality’s final public hearing on the Chesterfield gas plant air pollution permit. This will be the last chance to deliver official, verbal public comments to DEQ.
